Plan 2 Win Software was founded by Sales veterans and former VP Sales.  We saw a gap in the CRM and SFA Systems being used today.

Real territory sales strategy and key account sales planning were not being taught and there were no sales tools to facilitate the process. That is why we started P2W.

Our method is simple. Our software and sales training push sales people to think like business people. They learn to think analytically, methodically and strategically about their industries, their selling techniques and their sales territories. More importantly, we make them think in new ways. To be successful in today’s environment, sales people have to have business acumen as well as sales skills.

The Sales planning applications walks the user through a series of questions that are fundamental to any sales person’s success. Our sales planning software asks questions about contacts, customers, competitors and geography. And it asks questions we know most sales people have little time to consider. By working through the answers, sales reps gain valuable insight into the way they do business.

Bottom line: Our software helps sales teams build smarter, stronger account and territory plans in a matter of hours – and at a cost less than a round of golf or a dinner out with clients.

The people behind our company are former sales reps, worldwide sales VPs and everything in between. We know the challenges of selling because we have been there ourselves. We also know this: Very few sales people are properly schooled in sales planning.

Our CEO and Founder, Steven Harper, is a Certified Sales Coach, and a successful veteran of High Tech and Commercial Sales at all levels, from sales rep to VP of Sales. He works with sales and non-sales groups to hone their sales and negotiation skills and pro-actively create the sales culture the company desires. Steve has an incredibly personable and entertaining style about him while in front of a room. He takes the time to truly understand the client’s needs, culture, and way of learning, hence his ability to train in numerous industries.

He founded P2W in 2006 and launched our software in 2008 to address a significant and unmet industry need.
